Connect Consultants was appointed to prepare a Transport Statement and Travel Plan to support a planning application for a new office building of approximately 2,500 sqm plus parking on a vacant plot adjacent to an existing business park in Oxfordshire. The new office building was required to accommodate the client’s growing business, which had outgrown its existing nearby premises. Connect worked with the client’s management team to understand the needs of the business as well as the existing employees’ travel patterns. All highways matters were quickly resolved, and planning permission was granted.
